These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website, course, and all related content, materials, products, and services (collectively, the “Course”) provided by Milki Consulting (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or using the Course, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.


1. Educational Purpose Only

The Course is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing contained in the Course constitutes legal, financial, tax, investment, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and apply the information provided.

Participation does not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or fiduciary relationship between you and the Company.


2. No Guarantees or Representations

We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding:

  • Income or earnings

  • Monetization succes

  • Platform approval or account longevity

  • Traffic, engagement, or algorithm performance

  • Business results of any kind

Any examples or case studies shared are illustrative only and do not represent typical results.

You acknowledge that many users may earn no income at all.


3. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to access the Course.

By using the Course, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age

  • You are legally permitted to access educational material discussing adult or monetization platforms in your jurisdiction

  • You are responsible for determining whether participation is lawful where you reside


4. AI and Content Responsibility

The Course may discuss AI-generated digital personas and monetization platforms, including adult content platforms.

All examples are fictional and/or AI-generated.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you create:

  • Is clearly fictional or synthetic

  • Represents individuals as 18 years of age or older

  • Does not resemble or imitate real persons

  • Does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights

  • Complies with all applicable laws and platform policies

The Company does not encourage illegal activity, impersonation, deepfakes of real individuals, or violations of platform rules.


5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

  • Compliance with third-party platform terms and policies

  • Your accounts, monetization strategies, and business decisions

  • Any content you create, publish, or distribute

We do not own, operate, or control third-party platforms or payment processors.


6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Impersonate real individuals

  • Use protected identities without authorization

  • Create illegal, exploitative, or non-consensual content

  • Misrepresent the Course as guaranteeing income

  • Copy, record, distribute, resell, or share Course materials

  • Share login credentials

Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.


7. Intellectual Property

All Course materials — including videos, text, graphics, branding, frameworks, prompts, systems, and documentation — are the exclusive property of the Company and protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Course for personal educational use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Course content.


8. Third-Party Platforms

The Course may reference third-party services (including social media platforms, AI tools, adult platforms, or payment processors).

We do not control these services and are not responsible for:

  • Account bans or suspensions

  • Payment holds or chargebacks

  • Platform rule changes

  • Algorithm updates

  • Loss of income or data

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.


9. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that business, monetization, and AI-related activities involve inherent legal, financial, and operational risks.

You voluntarily assume all such risks.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost revenue.

In all cases, the Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course.

If the Course is free, liability shall not exceed $0.


11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your use of the Course

  • Content you create

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights


12. No Reliance

You acknowledge that you are not relying on any statement, example, or illustration as a promise or guarantee of outcome. You accept full responsibility for your decisions and results.


13. Refund Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing at checkout.

Refund eligibility, if any, is governed solely by the refund terms presented at the time of purchase.


13. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California, or remotely at the Company’s election.

You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions, except where prohibited by law.


14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.


15. Privacy

We may collect personal information such as name, email address, and payment details in connection with Course enrollment.

Payment information is processed by third-party payment processors and is not stored by us.

We do not sell personal data.

By using the Course, you consent to the collection and use of information consistent with these Terms.


16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.


17. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Course after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
